Job summary

Green Leaf Care Center in Lillington, NC is hiring a Personal Care Aide to provide direct care and emotional support to residents in an Assisted Living setting. This full-time role offers flexible pay options including Daily/On-Demand and Weekly pay, with comprehensive benefits and PTO.

Shift options include 3:00p–11:00p and 11:00p–7:00a, starting wage $13.00 per hour. Must be a high school graduate or current student with basic computer skills and ability to use EHR software.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a high school program or be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and assist with daily living activities.
• Maintain a safe environment and follow each resident's care plan and supervisor instructions.
• Communicate resident needs and concerns to the supervising team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to provide a safe environment, give emotional and social support, and attend to the resident's physical needs and comfort in an Assisted Living Setting. Performs direct care to the residents as assigned, in accordance with the resident’s care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in a high school program or be a high school graduate or equivalent. Completion of required coursework with demonstration of competency.

• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.
