Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Personal Care Aide for Meadowview Assisted Living Center in Smithfield, NC. The role provides direct, compassionate care and support to residents in a warm, team-focused environment.

We offer part-time hours with opportunities to move to full time, flexible pay options, and a comprehensive benefits package through our facilities. Wages range from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, with daily pay options available.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in high school or be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment and attend to the resident's physical needs and comfort in an Assisted Living setting.
• Perform direct care to residents as assigned, per care plan and supervisor directions.

Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to provide a safe environment, give emotional and social support, and attend to the resident's physical needs and comfort in an Assisted Living Setting. Performs direct care to the residents as assigned, in accordance with the resident’s care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.

Education/Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a high school program or be a high school graduate or equivalent. Completion of required coursework with demonstration of competency.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Wage: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
