Job summary

Gabriel Manor Assisted Living Center, part of Saber Healthcare Group, seeks an dietary team member to prepare meals for residents according to prescribed diet specifications. You will follow food safety, sanitation policies and community procedures under the supervision of the Food Service Director.

We offer flexible pay options, PTO, tuition assistance, and a supportive, award-winning workplace. Shifts: 2nd shift, weekends with 8- or 12-hour options; wage $14.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state-specific requirements for food handler training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications and community procedures.
• Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies and sanitation regulations.
• Assist with food service operations under supervision of the Food Service Director.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety and sanitation regulations, under the supervision of the Food Service Director.Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent is required.

• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.

• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Shift and Wage:

• Part-Time Opportunity Available

• Shifts Needed: 2nd Shift, Weekends

  • 8-hour and 12-hour shifts

• Wage: $14.00 per hour
