Gabriel Manor Assisted Living Center is seeking a part-time dietary aide to prepare meals for residents in Gastonia, NC, following prescribed diets and safety guidelines. You will work under the Food Service Director, with 2nd shift and weekend availability, earning $14.00 per hour.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety and sanitation regulations, under the supervision of the Food Service Director.Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent is required.

• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Shift and Wage:

• Part-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: 2nd Shift, Weekends

  8-hour and 12-hour shifts

• Wage: $14.00 per hour
