Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking hospitality-minded dietary staff for a skilled nursing setting in Defiance, OH. You will prepare meals per resident diet specs and follow safety protocols under the Food Service Director's supervision.

We offer flexible pay options (On-Demand or Weekly), a supportive team, tuition assistance, and comprehensive benefits with PTO and 401(k). Full- and part-time shifts available, 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state-specific requirements for food handler training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety regulations under the supervision of the Food Service Director.
• Follow all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety and sanitation regulations, under the supervision of the Food Service Director.Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent is required.

• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.

• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available

• Wage: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
