Saber Healthcare Group at Green Leaf Care Center in Lillington, NC, is seeking a full-time dietary team member to prepare meals per resident diet specifications and safety standards. You will work under the supervision of the Food Service Director in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED with knowledge of food safety and sanitation, and be able to meet state food handler requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety and sanitation regulations, under the supervision of the Food Service Director.Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent is required.

• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Shift and Wage:

  • 2:00p - 8:0p
  • 6:00a - 7:00p
  • Rotating Weekends
• Wage: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
