Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and resolving concerns.
• Supervise Aisles Online employees and organize labor for efficiency and cost control.
• Maintain in-house quality control including proper handling of equipment and merchandise.
• Communicate labor needs and issues to supervisors and department leadership.
• Respond to questions from employees and customers in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain employee records and document interactions.
• Train new employees and conduct performance reviews.
• Recommend disciplinary action when needed.
• Attend and participate in team meetings as assigned.
• Answer phone promptly and provide helpful service to customers taking orders.
• Follow Hy-Vee dress code and department guidelines.
• Assist with other tasks or special projects as they arise.
