Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong computer and internet skills required.
• Ability to navigate computer systems including word processing, spreadsheets, email apps, and job-specific programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and resolving issues.
• Oversee order fulfillment from start to finish to ensure on-time completion.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop department employees to maintain a high-performing team.
• Provide ongoing education to employees regarding new policies, procedures and best practices.
• Ensure food safety guidelines are followed and products kept at proper temperature.
• Coordinate activities and address employee concerns as needed; assist with disciplinary actions when required.
• Answer phones and emails promptly with friendly, helpful service.
