Job summary

Campers Inn RV is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to guide customers through the purchase journey from demonstration to close. You will work with a team that emphasizes integrity, high-quality customer service, and knowledge of both new and used RVs.

Qualified candidates have at least a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a state sales license if required. Prior RV sales experience is preferred, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• One year RV sales experience preferred; strong customer service skills expected.
• Ability to obtain state sales license if required.

Responsibilities

• Follow the door-to-deal sales process to close RV sales.
• Demonstrate units and explain features to customers.
• Collaborate with F&I team to close deals.
• Maintain knowledge of products and current inventory.
• Attend RV shows and location events as needed.
