Job summary

Signature Aviation in Colorado is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to blend hospitality with hands-on aircraft support, delivering a seamless guest experience from wheels down to wheels up.

You will operate ground service equipment, coordinate with crew and guests, and thrive outdoors in varying weather, including nights and holidays. Competitive pay and training accompany a rewarding role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to pass background checks, drug tests, and airport security requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required.
• Good judgment and ability to follow directions.
• Preferred: 3–6 months experience or training in aviation or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate ground service equipment and perform aircraft ground services.
• Work with guests, crew, vendors, and aircraft to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and flag safety concerns.
• Fuel handling and safety documentation tasks.
• Provide professional guest service and transportation when needed.
• Follow safety and security procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Create records for time worked and activities performed.
