Job summary

Signature Aviation in Minneapolis is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver a seamless, luxury guest experience while performing essential ground services. You’ll operate ground service equipment, assist guests and crew, and support safe, efficient aircraft handling in a dynamic terminal setting.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and outdoor conditions, with a focus on exceptional hospitality and safety. Join a premier private aviation team.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background checks and obtain airport security badge.
• Legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required in some locations.
• Must be able to pass color vision test for fuel inspection.
• Preferred: 3–6 months experience in aviation or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crew to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and identify open tasks; report safety concerns.
• Operate and drive ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, units, tugs, etc.).
• Load and unload luggage and cargo to/from aircraft and other locations.
• Provide professional guest service and transportation for guests and luggage.
• Maintain safe, clean ramps and operations.
• Fuel handling and related documentation.
• Follow safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Stop work if unsafe conditions arise and report to management.
• Create records of time worked and activities.
