Job summary

Breeze Airways is seeking an Airports Learning Curriculum Developer to coordinate, curate, and integrate Airport training content across all delivery platforms. You will ensure updates to policies and standards are reflected in training materials and aligned with manuals, courseware, and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in Airports training, standards, or related roles within Part 121 environments or equivalent adult-learning roles.
• Experience with FAA-approved training programs and revision submissions or validation.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and adult learning principles.
• Ability to manage multiple content updates with accuracy, version control, and timeliness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for training, QA, and data reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Must pass TSA fingerprint-based background check and Breeze background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Airports Training, Standards, and Curriculum Development for Airports content.
• Partner with Airport SME to ensure courseware, CBTs, instructor guides, assessments, and training forms reflect current SOM.
• Track and integrate SOM revisions into training materials.
• Communicate and disseminate policy/procedure changes to active Airport Team Members.
• Develop curriculum to support content build-outs while ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Support FAA submissions by ensuring training content tied to changes is complete and timely.
• Maintain version control and consistency across training documentation.
