Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas is required.
• Experience leading planning, design and execution of airport projects (FAA/TXDOT).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee detailed design of airport infrastructure projects (runways, taxiways, aprons, buildings, utilities).
• Ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance through all project phases.
• Prepare construction plans and specifications; assist with estimation and budgeting.
• Develop scopes, schedules, and fee proposals; manage grant applications and funding.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to drive project success.
• Stay current with airport design standards and innovative practices.
