• Strong foundational knowledge and technical acumen in civil engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee detailed design of airport infrastructure projects (runways, taxiways, aprons, buildings, utilities).
• Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across all project phases.
• Prepare construction plans and specifications; contribute to estimation and budgeting to deliver on time and on budget.
• Collaborate with clients, planners and engineers to define scopes, schedules, and fee proposals; manage grant applications.
