Job summary

SP+ (a Metropolis Company) is seeking a Wheelchair Supervisor to oversee airport wheelchair operations at the Pittsburgh facility. You will manage passenger assistance, coordinate with staff, and ensure safety and efficiency across arrival and departure gates.

The role requires on-site work, a minimum of 18 years old, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Airline experience is preferred and badge eligibility is necessary.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Able to pass a background and drug screen.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and push a loaded wheelchair up to 300 lbs.
• Airline experience preferred.
• Able to obtain an airport badge.

Responsibilities

• Push wheelchair passengers to and from gates.
• Roll passenger-occupied wheelchair safely down the jet bridge.
• Ensure wheel brakes are in place prior to allowing passengers to exit the wheelchair.
• Complete necessary wheelchair or incident reports.
• Follow dispatcher gate orders.
• Maintain a friendly and positive attitude and assist passengers with issues.
