Qualifications

• Must be a local in-state resident.
• Valid In-State Driver’s License.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete ramp and SIDA training for airport security ID.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employees and equipment for arriving/departing flights.
• Coordinate wheelchair assistance and passenger flow.
• Communicate with wheelchair agents and leadership.
• Maintain logs and reports of dispatch information.
• Direct passengers through customs and immigration.
• Operate wheelchair boarding/arrival systems.
• Provide friendly customer service and solutions under tight schedules.
