Unifi Aviation LLC in New York, NY seeks an Airport Customer Service Agent to assist passengers with a smile and professional handling of wheelchair assistance, boarding and check-in processes. You will operate passenger-service equipment, coordinate with Ramp and ticketing systems, and ensure safe, friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One+ year of customer service experience.
• Must be a local in-state resident.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must complete ramp and SIDA training.

Responsabilités

• Assist passengers with wheelchair support and check-in.
• Handle wheelchair service via computerized system and reservations.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Coordinate with Ramp Service for loading/unloading wheelchairs and gate-checked items.
• Operate jetway and ticketing software.
• Respond to customer service issues for wheelchair-bound passengers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
