HMSHost is hiring a Warehouse Manager I for Las Vegas Airport F&B to lead daily warehouse operations and staff. You will manage purchasing, receiving, storage and ensure accurate data in the Retail Management System, reporting to the General Manager as required.

The role demands strong time management, vendor relations, and proficiency in Excel/Outlook/Word, with a focus on inventory control in a low-volume environment. Must lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED; 2 years post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year Inventory/merchandising/retail experience in low-volume env.
• 2 years driving experience with a valid driver's license.
• Strong time management, project management and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and interact with customers.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate heavy equipment/vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Prepares daily scheduling of warehouse personnel according to business needs.
• Supervises and trains all warehouse associates.
• Ensures purchases come from approved vendors and adheres to specs.
• Oversees item ticketing to ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Manages data flow from ordering/receiving forms into the Retail Management System and audits data.
• Resolves routine questions; refers complex issues to higher levels.
• Fosters open communication between warehouse and other management staff.
