Job summary

OTG Management is seeking a Warehouse Manager at PHL Airport to oversee inventory, ordering, and product logistics across our airport restaurants and markets. You will collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of management experience in hospitality or retail, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to work varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management within hospitality or retail settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily and weekly inventory counts and maintain stock levels for markets and restaurants.
• Review consumption reports and coordinate with Inventory GM to align with sales and forecasted needs.
• Ensure daily production for markets is completed by BOH and properly logged.
• Implement and oversee stock rotation protocols to reduce waste and maintain quality.
• Ensure expired products are identified and returned to the correct warehouse and logged as waste.
• Manage Warehouse and Porter teams to ensure orders are picked, delivered on time, and transfers logged.
• Ensure all deliveries meet QA standards for time, temperature, and sanitization.
