OTG Management is seeking a Warehouse Manager at PHL Airport to oversee inventory, ordering, and product logistics across our airport restaurants and markets. You will collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
Candidates should have 1–3 years of management experience in hospitality or retail, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to work varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

The OTG Warehouse Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of all Ordering, Inventory Management, and Product Logistics for our airport restaurants and markets, in coordination with FOH (Front of House) and BOH (Back of House) management teams. Core duties include management of the purchasing/inventory/logistics team and using analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of the team by measuring inventory levels, reduction of waste, and an overall reduction in COG’s.
