Job summary

OTG Management seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead inventory planning and product logistics for airport restaurants and markets. Based at Newark (EWR), you will coordinate with FOH and BOH teams to ensure timely stock availability and accurate transfers.

You will oversee daily and weekly counts, review usage, and implement stock rotation to minimize waste while maintaining QA standards for time and temperature. The role requires 1–3 years of management experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality or culinary preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of management experience in restaurants or retail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all required daily and weekly inventory counts and maintain appropriate stock levels for supplying markets and restaurants.
• Review consumption reports and work with the General Manager of Inventory to align parts with sales and forecasted needs.
• Ensure required daily production for markets is completed by BOH and properly logged.
• Implement and oversee stock rotation protocols to ensure quality and reduce waste.
• Ensure expired product is pulled and logged as waste, and sent back to the correct warehouse.
• Manage Warehouse and Porter teams to ensure orders are picked, delivered on time, and transfers logged according to QA standards.

The OTG Warehouse Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of all Ordering, Inventory Management, and Product Logistics for our airport restaurants and markets, in coordination with FOH (Front of House) and BOH (Back of House) management teams. Core duties include management of the purchasing/inventory/logistics team and using analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of the team by measuring inventory levels, reduction of waste, and an overall reduction in COG’s.

In This Role, You Will:

• Manage all required daily and weekly inventory counts and maintain appropriate stock levels for supplying markets and restaurants
• Review consumption reports and work with the General Manager of Inventory to make sure parts are aligned with sales and forecasted future needs
• Ensure required daily production for markets is completed BOH (Back of House) team and properly logged
• Implement and oversee protocols for rotation of stock to ensure quality and reduce waste
• Ensure expired product is pulled and sent back to the correct warehouse for waste to be properly logged
• Manage Warehouse and Porter teams to ensure restaurant and market orders are being picked correctly, delivered on time to the correct locations, and all transfers properly logged
• Ensure all product deliveries are executed according to QA standards for time, temperature, and sanitization

Qualifications/Criteria:

• Degree in hospitality or culinary field is preferred
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of management experience in restaurants or retail – preferably overseeing multi-unit concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather conditions
