Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• Read, write, fluently speak and understand English.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• Ability to obtain airport badges and SIDA where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the airport or ticket area.
• Assist with self-service kiosks and baggage processing.
• Ensure kiosk and equipment are functioning; report IT issues.
• Verify carry-on and travel documents for international travelers.
• Assist with checked baggage processing and tagging.
• Queue lines and manage customer flow to reduce wait times.
• Provide gate information and directions.
• Adhere to DOT, FAA, TSA regulations and company policies.
• Complete training and comply with overtime and shift requirements.
