• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Completion of pre-employment drug screen and background checks as required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the airport or ticket area.
• Monitor ticket counter and ensure safety policies.
• Assist customers with self-service kiosk check-in and baggage processing.
• Troubleshoot kiosk issues and coordinate with IT as needed.
• Verify carry-on and travel documents for domestic and international travelers.
• Assist with checked baggage handling and inadvertent delays.
