Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in airport/aviation operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of airport operations, safety regulations, and compliance.
• Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and operational reporting systems.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and improve processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing schedules and budgets and tracking performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable and flexible to changing work environment.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily airport operations and ensure efficient execution of activities.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce allocation.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, OSHA, and company policies.
• Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions.
• Lead supervisors and frontline employees through coaching and performance management.
• Coordinate with airline representatives, airport authorities, vendors, and government agencies.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Conduct audits and inspections for safety and standards.
• Manage budgets, labor costs, and resource utilization.
• Develop contingency plans for weather events and disruptions.
• Communicate updates, policies, and procedures across teams.
• Support customer service initiatives and resolve escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
