Job summary

Concessions International is seeking an HR Recruiter to lead recruiting activities, from posting ads to scheduling interviews and processing offers. You will work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and help build a strong talent pipeline for airport operations.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates across channels, conducting initial interviews, and ensuring compliant handling of confidential records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 3+ years HR experience.
• Compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and UltiPro.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage recruiting activities including ads, records, and preliminary interviews.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Attend job fairs and recruiting events to build pipelines.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with managers.
• Generate offer letters and process background checks.
• Improve employer branding to attract top talent.
• Maintain and distribute airport badge clearance letters.
• Answer FAQs from applicants and employees.
• Perform other duties including daily airport badge audits.
