Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Minimum 1 year of closely related Sushi cooking experience with food preparation skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards.
• Ability to work in a high-volume casual dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi and other food items following recipes and menus.
• Ensure proper food handling and sanitation per HACCP standards.
• Stock, rotate and check temperatures of products; receive and inventory items.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workstation and equipment.
