Qualifications

• Experience as Sushi Chef (1+ years).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness.
• Experience making traditional sushi and specialty maki rolls.
• Familiar with traditional and modern maki cuts.
• Familiar with tempura items.
• Open availability for all shifts.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Strong communication with customers about sushi and other topics.
• Ability to create new rolls and adjust items for customer preferences.
