Job summary

You will train staff, coordinate with other supervisors, and oversee cross-utilized agents while supporting station goals and customer service excellence. The position requires flexibility and a readiness to work split shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid, unrestricted state driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong people and employee-relationship skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Work under pressure.
• Understanding of ticketing, gate, and ramp procedures.
• Lift 50+ pounds consistently, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Familiar with SkyWest Airlines’ policies and procedures.
• Familiar with partner dedicated computer systems.
• Promote a safety culture in the station.
• Flexible schedule, including split shifts on early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• This is a Part-time position.
• $14.50 per hour, plus override

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and promote guiding principles.
• Work closely with other supervisors to maintain standards and quality environment.
• Develop, supervise, and oversee cross-utilized agents.
• Provide direction, guidance, and positive motivation for all station personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all SkyWest operating standards and procedures.
• Promote teamwork to achieve station goals.
• Attend company training classes as needed.
• Conduct briefings and meetings with station personnel.
• Cross Utilized Agent duties as required.
