Job summary

SkyWest Supervisor role in the United States offers an opportunity to lead a team of airline professionals, ensuring a high standard of service, safety, and on-time performance. You will oversee cross-utilized agents and provide clear direction to station personnel.

The position requires the ability to lift 50+ pounds, a valid driver’s license, and the flexibility to work split shifts including weekends and holidays. Part-time, with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid, unrestricted state-issued driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong people and employee-relationship skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Work under pressure.
• Understanding of ticketing, gate, and ramp procedures.
• Lift 50+ pounds consistently, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Familiar with SkyWest Airlines’ policies and procedures.
• Familiar with partner dedicated computer systems.
• Promote a safety culture in the station.
• This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• This is a Part-time position
• $14.50 per hour, plus override

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to set a positive work atmosphere for the department.
• Develop, supervise, and oversee all cross-utilized agents.
• Provide direction, guidance, and motivation for all station personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all SkyWest operating standards and procedures.
• Constantly promote teamwork to achieve station goals.
• Attend company training classes as needed.
• Conduct briefings and meetings with station personnel.
• Cross Utilized Agent duties as required.
