Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of related management experience.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently and promote high-quality work.

• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Staff management of interior, maintenance cleaners, leads and supervisors.
• Oversee training and maintain records for staff and client requirements.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and address safety practices.
• Maintain clear communication with Directors, Station Management and Client teams.
• Monitor productivity and ensure compliance with standards; manage schedules.
• Adhere to budgets and manage inventory of supplies and parts.
• Ensure training for Airport ID and driving licenses within three days of employment.
• Submit daily reports, timesheets and task lists accurately and on time.
• Oversee 24/7 operation and respond to service requests as needed.
