Candidates should have at least two years of back-of-house restaurant management experience, prefer airport exposure, and demonstrate leadership and a commitment to exceptional guest service.

• Two years of back-of-house restaurant management experience.
• Preference for airport experience.
• Delivers superior food and beverage service and guest satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Help in the preparation and design of all food and drink menus
• Produce high-quality plates in both presentation and taste
• Ensure kitchen operations meet quality standards and timelines
• Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation
• Resourcefully solve issues and manage challenging situations
• Manage and train kitchen staff, schedule, and performance
• Order supplies to stock inventory
• Ensure sanitation regulations and safety standards are followed
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
