Job summary

Mission Yogurt, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations at the Denver Airport location inside A Center Marketplace.

You will oversee food production, kitchen efficiency, and safety compliance while managing staff and schedules. The role requires at least three years of upper-kitchen leadership in a high-volume restaurant, strong knowledge of health regulations, and ability to control labor and inventory costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of back-of-house restaurant management experience.
• Experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of back-of-house operations, food safety, and health department regulations.
• Must be 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to work overnights, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
