Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking an Aviation Station Manager to oversee wheelchair, cabin, and facilities services at an airport. You will lead a team of service agents, ensure ADA compliance, on-time aircraft turnover, and terminal upkeep while upholding safety and customer service standards.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience in airport operations, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage schedules, reports, and incidents in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in airport ops or customer service.
• Knowledge of FAA, TSA, OSHA and ADA compliance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise wheelchair, cabin, and facilities teams to ensure safe passenger support.
• Ensure ADA compliance and airline policies.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, and performance.
• Prepare reports on service performance and productivity.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies professionally.
