Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ management experience in facilities, aviation, or janitorial management.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience managing union employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing and operations across facilities.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Oversee budgeting, vendor/contractor oversight, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop and implement best practices in safety and quality.
