Job summary

The Hertz airport location is seeking a Part Time Courtesy Bus Driver to transport customers safely between terminals and the Hertz rental location. You are the brand ambassador, delivering fast, friendly service and upholding the highest standards of presentation and safety.

Responsibilities include assisting with luggage, guiding stops, and reporting issues. A valid driving history and DOT-related credentials may be required; weekend and holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and attention to detail - go the extra mile.
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience or CDL Class B with passenger/end contrasts.
• Minimum 2 years PCV driving experience (International).
• Minimum 2 years Customer Service Experience.
• 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely shuttle service to customers between airport terminals and Hertz facility.
• Welcome customers, assist with luggage, and answer questions politely.
• Communicate stops and safety information via PA or Talking Bus System.
• Ensure world class customer service and maintain company image.
• Inspect bus for safety and report defects to supervisor.
• Keep bus tidy and display maps for customers.
• Contribute to improvements by sharing customer feedback for action planning.
• Complete relevant paperwork per Company Audit and Department of Transport standards.
