Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Courtesy Bus Driver to join our airport location team. You will be the brand ambassador, ensuring safe, friendly transportation of customers between terminals and the Hertz rental location.

Responsibilities include greeting riders, assisting with luggage, and communicating stop information clearly to maintain a high level of service. The role requires a CDL Class B license or equivalent driving experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience or CDL Class B with endorsements.
• Minimum 2 years PCV driving experience (International).
• Minimum 2 years Customer Service Experience.
• 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely shuttle service between airport terminals and Hertz facility.
• Welcome customers, assist with luggage, and answer questions.
• Communicate stops clearly via PA or Talking Bus System.
• Ensure bus safety, conduct inspections, and report defects.
• Maintain tidy appearance and provide excellent customer service.
