Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Courtesy Bus Driver to transport customers between airport terminals and Hertz locations, acting as a brand ambassador with a focus on safety and superior service.

Key qualifications include a CDL Class B with passenger and air brake endorsements, plus 1 year of commercial driving and 2 years of customer service experience. Flexible shifts, outdoor work, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with passenger and air brake endorsements and at least 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Minimum of 2 years Customer Service Experience.
• 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely shuttle service to customers to/from airport terminal to Hertz facility, in compliance with Hertz’s policies and procedures and local laws.
• Welcome customers boarding the bus, assist with luggage and answer questions in a friendly manner.
• Communicate stops and safety information through PA or Talking Bus System; coordinate with other Courtesy Service Drivers and supervisors.
