Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Courtesy Bus Driver to transport customers between airport terminals and Hertz locations with a focus on safety and world-class service. You will greet customers, assist with luggage, and clearly communicate stops while adhering to policies and procedures.

The role requires driving experience, a CDL Class B with passenger endorsements, and the ability to obtain a DOT medical clearance. Overtime and weekend shifts are possible in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and attention to detail.
• Minimum 2 years Customer Service Experience.
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience or CDL Class B with passenger and air brake endorsements.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT medical clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely shuttle service to customers between airport terminals and Hertz facility.
• Welcome customers, assist with luggage, and answer questions.
• Communicate stops and safety information via PA or Talking Bus System.
• Ensure bus is safe and well-maintained; report defects.
• Keep bus tidy and presentable; ensure maps are available.
