Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide timely shuttle service to customers between airport terminals and Hertz facility.
• Welcome customers boarding the bus and assist with luggage.
• Communicate stops and safety information via PA or Talking Bus System.
• Deliver world-class customer service and maintain Hertz brand image.
• Conduct bus inspections and report any safety issues.
• Keep bus clean and organized at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by relaying customer feedback.
