Fast Park & Relax is seeking a dependable Shuttle Driver to provide safe, timely transportation for travelers between our parking facility and the airport terminal. You will operate clean, well‑maintained vehicles and contribute to a positive passenger experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; valid driver's license; clean driving record.
• Must be 21+; able to obtain DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate; proven customer service experience.
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip inspections is a plus; safety-focused driving.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a shuttle bus while adhering to traffic laws and DOT regulations.
• Transport passengers to and from designated locations on established routes and schedules.
• Maintain accurate trip counts and required documentation.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
• Keep the shuttle interior and exterior clean and orderly.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address passenger questions courteously.
• Assist passengers with luggage and belongings.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, guest ambassadors, and team members.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
• Maintain a clean driving record.

Qualifications

Education:

• Valid driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.

Experience:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Experience working with diverse populations and providing excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to maintain a safe driving record and adhere to safety regulations.
• Experience performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections is a plus.
