Fast Park & Relax is seeking a dependable Shuttle Driver in Linthicum Heights, MD to provide safe, courteous transport between the parking facility and the airport terminal. This part-time role offers an hourly wage with tips, and requires evening shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a shuttle bus and adhere to DOT regulations.
• Transport passengers to and from designated locations on established routes and schedules.
• Maintain accurate trip counts and required documentation.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
• Keep the shuttle interior and exterior clean and orderly.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address passenger questions courteously.
• Assist passengers with luggage and belongings.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, guest ambassadors, and team members.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
• Maintain a clean driving record.

QualificationsEducation:

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.

Experience:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• Experience working with diverse populations and providing excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to maintain a safe driving record and adhere to safety regulations.
• Experience performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent driving skills and a strong understanding of defensive driving techniques.
• Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
• Ability to navigate efficiently in various traffic conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers, dispatchers, and other staff.
