Job summary

Fast Park & Relax in Atlanta is hiring a part-time Shuttle Driver to provide safe, courteous transport between our parking facility and the airport terminal. You will operate clean, well‑maintained vehicles and support a positive passenger experience.

The role requires focus on safety, service, and timely duties, with the ability to work overnight shifts and maintain accurate logs. A strong safety mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver\'s license with current address and clean driving record.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner\'s Certificate.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service and interacting with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a shuttle bus while adhering to traffic laws and DOT regulations.
• Transport passengers to and from designated locations on established routes and schedules.
• Maintain accurate trip counts and required documentation.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
• Keep the shuttle interior and exterior clean and orderly.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address passenger questions courteously.
• Assist passengers with luggage and belongings.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, guest ambassadors, and team members.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.

• 10PM - 8AM
• 3AM - 11AM

• 1PM - 9PM
• 2PM - 10PM

Earn $11.00/hour + tips TO START (drivers can expect to earn $10 - $20/hour in tips!) - Pay differential for overnight shift

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education:

Experience:
