Job summary

Fast Park & Relax is seeking dependable shuttle drivers to provide safe, timely transport between our parking facility and the airport. You will operate clean vehicles, maintain logs, and deliver excellent customer service to travelers.

Opportunities include competitive hourly pay with tips, and a benefits package. This role requires a valid DOT ability and a clean driving record, with scheduling across day and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• DOT Medical Certification ability is required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a shuttle bus and follow DOT regulations.
• Transport passengers to and from airport terminals per schedule.
• Maintain trip counts and complete required logs.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Assist passengers with luggage and provide courteous service.
• Maintain a clean, professional vehicle appearance.

Position Overview

As a Shuttle Driver, you will provide friendly, timely, and secure transportation for guests traveling to and from the airport. You’ll operate clean, well‑maintained vehicles and serve as a key part of creating a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a shuttle bus while adhering to traffic laws and DOT regulations
• Transport passengers to and from designated locations on established routes and schedules
• Maintain accurate trip counts and required documentation
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
• Keep the shuttle interior and exterior clean and orderly
• Deliver excellent customer service and address passenger questions courteously
• Assist passengers with luggage and belongings
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, guest ambassadors, and team members
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Participate in required DOT and company training
• Report accidents or incidents immediately
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Experience working with diverse populations and providing excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to maintain a safe driving record and adhere to safety regulations.
• Experience performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections is a plus.
