Job summary

Fast Park & Relax in Memphis, TN is seeking a part-time Shuttle Driver to transport guests between the parking facility and the airport. You will operate well-maintained vehicles, ensure safety, and deliver courteous customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to obtain a DOT Medical Certificate.
• Valid driver's license with current address and clean driving record.
• Experience with diverse populations and excellent customer service.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a shuttle bus and follow DOT regulations.
• Transport passengers to and from airport/shuttle routes on schedule.
• Maintain trip counts and required documentation accurately.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Keep the shuttle interior and exterior clean and organized.
• Provide excellent customer service and address passenger questions.
• Assist passengers with luggage and belongings.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean driving record and participate in DOT training.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a shuttle bus while adhering to traffic laws and DOT regulations
• Transport passengers to and from designated locations on established routes and schedules
• Maintain accurate trip counts and required documentation
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
• Keep the shuttle interior and exterior clean and orderly
• Deliver excellent customer service and address passenger questions courteously
• Assist passengers with luggage and belongings
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, guest ambassadors, and team members
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Participate in required DOT and company training
• Report accidents or incidents immediately
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned
