Job summary

Fast Park & Relax in Houston, TX is seeking a full-time Shuttle Driver to transport passengers between the parking lot and airport terminals. A valid license and DOT readiness are required, with a focus on safety, courtesy, and efficient route coordination.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Experience providing excellent customer service to diverse populations.
• Ability to maintain a safe driving record and follow safety regulations.
• Experience performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle bus in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and DOT regulations.
• Transport passengers to and from designated locations, following routes and schedules.
• Maintain accurate trip counts and required documentation.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Ensure shuttle bus cleanliness and orderliness inside and out.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers in a professional manner.
• Assist passengers with luggage or belongings.
• Communicate with guest ambassadors, dispatchers, and staff to coordinate routes.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in mandatory training programs per DOT regulations.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.

Experience

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Experience working with diverse populations and providing excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to maintain a safe driving record and adhere to safety regulations.
• Experience performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections is a plus.
