Job summary

Fast Park & Relax is seeking a dependable Shuttle Driver to transport guests between our parking facility and Atlanta’s airport terminal. You will operate clean vehicles, deliver safe, timely rides, and provide courteous service to travelers.

The role requires a valid DOT medical certificate, a clean driving record, and strong communication skills. Morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts are available, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a clean driving record and solid knowledge of traffic laws.
• Driven individuals with excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to pass a DOT Medical Certificate and background/drug checks.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a shuttle bus while adhering to traffic laws and DOT regulations.
• Transport passengers to and from airport and designated locations on scheduled routes.
• Maintain trip counts and required documentation accurately.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly.
• Keep vehicle clean and presentable and provide courteous customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a shuttle bus while adhering to traffic laws and DOT regulations
• Transport passengers to and from designated locations on established routes and schedules
• Maintain accurate trip counts and required documentation
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
• Keep the shuttle interior and exterior clean and orderly
• Deliver excellent customer service and address passenger questions courteously
• Assist passengers with luggage and belongings
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, guest ambassadors, and team members
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Participate in required DOT and company training
• Report accidents or incidents immediately
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Experience working with diverse populations and providing excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to maintain a safe driving record and adhere to safety regulations.
• Experience performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent driving skills and a strong understanding of defensive driving techniques.
• Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
• Ability to navigate efficiently in various traffic conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers, dispatchers, and other staff.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide courteous customer service.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues.
