Job summary

Fast Park & Relax is seeking dependable Shuttle Drivers to provide safe, friendly transportation for travelers between our parking facilities and the airport terminal. Open 24/7 with multiple shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and nights.

You will operate clean vehicles, deliver courteous service, and help passengers with luggage while adhering to safety standards and DOT regulations. Competitive pay plus tips and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a shuttle bus following traffic laws and DOT regulations.
• Transport passengers to and from designated locations on established routes and schedules.
• Maintain accurate trip counts and required documentation.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Keep the shuttle interior and exterior clean and orderly.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address passenger questions courteously.
• Assist passengers with luggage and belongings.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in required DOT and company training.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

QualificationsEducation:

• Valid driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.

Experience:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Experience working with diverse populations and providing excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to maintain a safe driving record and adhere to safety regulations.
• Experience performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections is a plus.

• Excellent driving skills and a strong understanding of defensive driving techniques.
• Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
