Job summary

Fast Park & Relax in Milwaukee is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide friendly, timely transportation for guests to and from the airport, operating clean, well‑maintained shuttles and ensuring a positive passenger experience.

The role requires a safe driving record, ability to work a Fri–Sun schedule (with additional Monday shift), and a DOT medical certificate. Benefits and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must obtain DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
• Experience providing excellent customer service to diverse populations
• Proven ability to maintain a safe driving record and adhere to safety regulations
• Experience performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections is a plus

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a shuttle bus while adhering to traffic laws and DOT regulations
• Transport passengers to and from designated locations on established routes and schedules
• Maintain accurate trip counts and required documentation
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
• Keep the shuttle interior and exterior clean and orderly
• Deliver excellent customer service and address passenger questions courteously
• Assist passengers with luggage and belongings
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, guest ambassadors, and team members
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Participate in required DOT and company training
