Fast Park & Relax is seeking a dependable Shuttle Driver to provide safe, friendly transportation between our parking facility and the airport terminal in Hebron, KY. You will operate clean, well‑maintained vehicles and contribute to a positive passenger experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
• Must obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service and working with diverse populations.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a shuttle bus while adhering to traffic laws and DOT regulations.
• Transport passengers to and from designated locations on established routes and schedules.
• Maintain accurate trip counts and required documentation.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address passenger questions courteously.
• Assist passengers with luggage and belongings.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, guest ambassadors, and team members.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
• Maintain a clean driving record and participate in required training.

Position Overview

As a Shuttle Driver, you will provide friendly, timely, and secure transportation for guests traveling to and from the airport. You’ll operate clean, well-maintained vehicles and serve as a key part of creating a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean driving record
• Participate in required DOT and company training
• Report accidents or incidents immediately
