Position Details

• Location: Lubbock International Airport, 5401 North MLK Blvd, Lubbock, TX 79403
• Shifts: Sunday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
• Pay Rate: $11.50/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure safe transportation of guests using a 13-passenger van or commercial vehicle.
• Respond promptly to customer requests, providing caring interactions.
• Work closely with team members, Operations Manager, and Shift Supervisor to meet safety and quality standards, adhering to laws.
• Meet and greet guests, assist with luggage, perform daily vehicle inspections, and maintain a clean and safe vehicle.
• Transport passengers on a fixed route, provide excellent customer service, and handle luggage as needed.
• Record passenger numbers and complete reports, communicate professionally, and lift/carry luggage up to 50 lbs as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous commercial driving experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate commercial vehicles and communicate effectively with guests.
